Recommend reliable vendors, including caterers, photographers, florists, etc. Arrange meetings and communication between the couple and vendors. Review contracts and negotiate pricing on behalf of the couple.
Vendor Management
Oversee and manage all aspects of the wedding day. Coordinate with vendors, ensuring they arrive on time and set up properly. Handle any unforeseen issues or emergencies.
Wedding Day Coordination
Research and provide options for wedding ceremony and reception venues. Coordinate site visits and negotiate contracts with chosen venues. Assist with logistics, such as layout planning and seating arrangements.
Venue Selection
Develop a comprehensive timeline for the wedding day. Coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth logistics and timely deliveries. Manage the schedule and flow of events during the wedding.
Timeline & Logistics
Help establish a realistic budget based on the couple's financial resources. Assist in allocating funds to different aspects of the wedding. Track expenses and suggest cost-efficient measures.
Budget Management
Help create a cohesive theme or style for the wedding. Provide guidance on color schemes, decorations, and overall aesthetics. Source and coordinate with decorators and other design professionals.

You will discuss your wedding vision, preferences, and requirements in detail. We will ask about your desired wedding date, venue preferences, estimated guest count, and any initial ideas you may have regarding the theme and atmosphere.
